hi friends
i want to run my portlet into liferay control panel
i add this code in liferay-portlet.xml but i cannot
1<portlet>
2       <portlet-name>maskhare</portlet-name>
3             <control-panel-entry-category>                   portal             </control-panel-entry-category>
4             <control-panel-entry-weight>         1.0             </control-panel-entry-weight>

6   </portlet>

my portlet is very simple this have not any external code
do this need other configure?
i place this here that every one check this please emoticon

You can try as priyanka suggested . In case you need information about those tags then here it is

control-panel-entry-category:
The 'category' where your portlet will appear. There are currently 4 valid values for this element: 'my', 'content', 'portal', and 'server'.

control-panel-entry-weight:
Determines the relative ordering for your portlet within a given category. The higher the number, the lower in the list your portlet will appear within that category.

control-panel-entry-class:
The name of a class that implements the ControlPanelEntry interface which determines who can see the portlet in the control panel via an isVisible method.
