Just define a new role. Control Panel -> Roles -> Add -> Regular Role

Actions -> Define Permissions -> Add Permission -> Web Content

You mean ex-normal users? Which roles did you give them? Did you assign this role to your users?

Hi Sheela,

U can try this-
From Admin account goto
Control Panel->Portal->Roles
Then Add a new role say "Test" and let it be of "Regular" type.
Then against your newly created role click actions. "Assign members" to this role whom you want to give special permissions. Update .
Then again click actions and "Define Permissions". Then in Add Permission Box, select "Web Content" under "Content" category. Save.

Then login from that user and try accessing new permissions.
Hope it will work.
