Per Jonas Yuan's suggestion "OpenSSO and Liferay should work cross domains" ( http://issues.liferay.com/browse/LPS-4896 )

Liferay and OpenAM can work cross-domain, but you would need to setup the OpenAM Policy Agent per following Wiki paragraph on Forgerock's website:

"This Liferay plugin does not provide for cookie transfer between domains as does the policy agent CDSSO (cross-domain single sign-On) mechanism, thus it is only suitable for same-domain setups. Realizing cross-domain cookie transfer still does require the use of the OpenAM policy agent mechanism."

https://wikis.forgerock.org/confluence/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=5603338

Jonas, are you suggesting to integrate the Policy Agent CDSSO mechanism into Liferay?

Thanks.
Bijan

Hi,

One of our client is also looking for OPENAM with Crossdomain in liferay.
Can we achieve this?
Are we going to provide this functionality?

Thanks:

I would recommend using SAML instead since it is much better suited for cross domain SSO.

Is there any SSO plugin for Liferay CE which has support for CDSSO?
