Is there a specific server type (and if so, is there a hosting company that you would recommend) that will allow me to run liferay.

I want to host liferay CMS publicly on cmysites.com (so that people can sign up for accounts as they can on the liferay.com website) and plone on cmyschools.com but I cannot for the life of me figure out how to install liferay. I know that plone requires zope to operate. Does lifray require anything other than what I have:

I have been trying for a long time to figure out how to install it, but it seems like all of the instructions are for developers who own their own servers.

I use Rimuhosting (http://rimuhosting.com/). I did set everything up myself. But when you sign up you can say you want liferay support and they should set it up for you.
