A Project Manager portlet application would be ideal, and useful across the board in many installations.

Similar to Hydra for Joomla:

Track various projects
Assign tasks to projects
Assign Parent / Child task relations and dependencies
Assign Users and Groups to tasks and projects
Track % complete
Calendar integration for due dates / special dates
Assign priorities
File & document handling to associate project documents
Discussion / Message Board associate with project / task

Just my wish list...

I just appreciate having a place to let the developer community know.

Vaughan,

There is a couple JSR-168 portlets here:

http://www.jahia.net/jahia/page571.html

The Milestones portlet and TodoList portlet may have some of the features you're looking for. Getting those working are on my list of things to do also.

Aha..., thanks for the pointer - they don't look as full featured (yet!) but a good start - definitely better than nothing.

Thanks

Dear Vaughan,

Wonder if you have made any progress on the Project Management Portlet?
We have similar requirements too.
