Good Afternoon,

I upgraded from Liferay EE 6.0 SP 1 to SP2 on my development server. After upgrading I get the following error:

I ensured my database was updated by running the database upgrade tool through command line. It indeed was successfully upgraded.

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to resolve this error?

Here is my setup:
mySQL db
Apache-tomcat

Regards,
Sarah

A little more on this.....

I realized that none of my Web Content, Templates, or Structures I created before the upgrade are no longer available in the control panel, however they still exist in the database.

Existing web content that is already showing in a web content display shows.

You may need to rebuild the indices...

I am not sure how to do that.....I did go to the server administrator and executed Reindex on all search indexes.

Are your users, organizations, and other items in the database appear in the list when you select them from the Control Panel?

Yes, users, and organizations appear.

I should mention that I had Kaleo-web deployed before I upgraded, when I got an error I removed all deployed portlets, plugins, hooks and themes. Now when I deploy (hot deploy) they will not deploy and I get the error above.
